We start with the moment, not with the equipment list. Only then the question of which technology makes that affordable.

02Design

Cue list, schematic, budget

You get a cue list you can read out loud and a schematic your installer understands. No surprises afterwards.

03Build

Cabinet, code and bench test

We build and test on the bench before anything goes into the venue. On site we'd rather not lose days to troubleshooting.

04Handover

Handover without dependency

Drawings, source code, credentials and a short briefing for the crew. After that we're standing by in the background.

What everyone asks first.

What does a show control system cost?

An escape room or a single themed space usually starts around €8,000 in hardware and work. A dark ride or a room with machinery runs into the hundreds of thousands. The difference is rarely the software and almost always the number of driven components and the safety requirements. After one conversation and a floor plan you get a range — not three weeks later.

How long before it's running?

Count on six to twelve weeks between go-ahead and handover for an average room: two weeks of design, three to six weeks building and testing on the bench, and one to two weeks on site. If we're waiting on set building or the delivery of machinery, that sets the schedule, not us.

Can you work with the equipment already installed?

Usually, yes. Anything that speaks OSC, Art-Net, sACN, MIDI, DMX, Modbus or a simple contact closure, we can get talking. If there's a closed system in there with no way in, we'll say so before you order anything, instead of building an expensive detour around it.

What happens if the system locks up during an evening?

Your crew should be able to fix it without us. We build systems that restart themselves after a power cut and that one button returns to the home state. If that still doesn't do it, we're reachable by phone; for venues with fixed opening hours we agree on a response time.

Am I tied to you afterwards?

No. Drawings, source code and credentials are yours the moment the invoice is paid. You can have the system modified by whoever you like. We'd rather come back because you want us to, not because you can't leave.

Do you work outside the Netherlands?

Yes. From Rotterdam we work throughout Europe. Travel and accommodation are itemised separately in the quote, and we build and test as much as possible here, so the days on site stay short.
